Boosters

Boosters are activated when matched with gems of the same color 🎨
They can be either one-time use or infinite 🕐
You can choose the one-time boosters you want before the level starts, and they will be placed on the game board 🎮 🧩
Alternatively, infinite boosters are automatically placed on the game board while active, and you can use them unlimited times during that period ⏳
You can earn boosters as rewards or buy them in the in-game Bank 🎁 🏦
You can also create additional one-time boosters by matching specific gem combinations.

The best way to use boosters is to first study the board and see if they can help you reach the level's goal 🎯
However, some level mechanics can destroy boosters, so make sure not to hold onto them too long! ⏱️

There are 5 types of boosters:

  • 💣 A Bomb destroys a 3x3 area around itself. It can be created by matching 4 gems.

  • 🌟 A Star explodes all gems in the same row and column. It can be created by collecting 5 gems in an L or T shape.

  • ⚡ Lightning destroys all gems of the selected color currently on the board. It can be created by matching 5 gems in a straight line.

  • ⚡⚡ Super Lightning is an enhanced version of Lightning. It destroys all gems of two colors and gives an extra Lightning booster at the start of the level. Super Lightning activates after you complete 10 levels and deactivates upon failure.

  • ✖️ A x2 booster doubles your rewards for completing levels only in special events (it does not grant you extra items in Clocksville and Darkchester). This is an infinite booster active for a limited time. You can get x2 boosters as rewards in certain events.
