To contact our support service, you should:
- Enter the game menu, which is located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and choose the Settings tab (with the gear icon)
- Tap the Support button.
- Now select Contact Us.
- Describe the problem in detail, preferably attaching screenshots or videos demonstrating the mistake, then send your message. When you receive a reply, you will be able to find it in the Your Messages tab.
