To contact our support service, you should:
1. Enter the game menu, which is located in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and choose the Settings tab (with the gear icon).
2. Tap the Support button.
3. Now select Contact Us.
4. Describe the problem in detail, preferably attaching screenshots or videos demonstrating the mistake, then send your message. When you receive a reply, you will be able to find it in the Your Messages tab.
