🔧 If your game isn't syncing with Facebook, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your internet connection is stable 📶
2. Make sure your Facebook username and password are entered correctly 🔐
3. Reinstall the Facebook app and log back into your account. Also, log out and back into your Facebook account using your main web browser 🔁
4. Restart your device and reconnect to Facebook from within the game's settings 🔁
🍏 For iOS devices:
1. Open Facebook Settings (in the app or on the website) ⚙️
2. Allow Facebook to connect to third-party apps and websites (Settings → Apps and Websites → Select Clockmaker → Enable all necessary permissions).
3. On devices running iOS versions below 14.0, reset your Advertising ID (Device Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Reset Advertising ID).
4. On devices running iOS versions 14.0 and higher, limit tracking requests (Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
5. Open your browser → Open your Facebook account.
6. Reconnect to Facebook through the game's settings 🔁
🤖 For Android devices:
1. Go to Settings → Accounts on your device ⚙️
2. Tap Facebook → Remove.
3. Open Facebook settings (in the app or on the website).
4. Allow Facebook to connect to third-party apps and websites (Settings → Apps and Websites → Select Clockmaker → Enable all necessary permissions).
5. Remove the game from the list of connected apps on Facebook.
6. Reconnect to Facebook through the game's settings 🔁
